um what who did that um like let's go over all the games here this week for you guys here we want to give you all our picks or who we think is going to win each individual game as always give you guys the our spread picks our over unders going over a little bit of why we think on each of those games as well before we do that though we got some Giants news oh yeah some Giants news here so we had a visitor today in the Giants complex it was me I was hanging out in the locker room no no no you were not stop you're gonna get the cops on us again I told you about this um yeah is a former giant Justin pew pew pew I dude every single time I hear the name I think Star Wars

I actually thought about working my Star Wars pew pew pew shirt today actually I really thought about doing it that's really funny so uh but then I realized it's a sleeveless shirt nobody wants to see these guns no one bought those tickets but you know you gotta wonder what's going on as far as that so Justin Pugh openly talked about joining the Giants at one point during this off season and he didn't say like I want to be a giant he just said yeah I'd be open to going back to the Giants you know just to clarify it wasn't like he wasn't pleading and begging to become a giant again yeah it wasn't that kind of scenario uh he's 33 years old he's coming off an ACL injury just what the Giants love to sign yeah usually have an ACL injury sir we need the team for you um but you know that injury was very early on last year I think it was a week four week five for the Cardinals uh so he's about a year removed from that injury so it's not like you know a guy that's trying to come back six months later Assuming he's healthy and he's good to go he's probably an upgrade at the right guard position yeah I mean he's also somebody that he's also somebody let's say Evan Neal doesn't improve and we want to make an adjustment to put him a guard he's somebody can go play tackle so I like the signing potentially all depends on how much money he wants obviously I can't imagine he wants a lot of money and see how he does in the physical yeah obviously the medical stuff we have no clue on so yeah it's definitely a huge part of it there uh but remember at the off season he said I want to sign for a contender and I want to start so I'd be curious if there was any kind of you know promises made to him sort of speak there because that's not the dable Shane way Dave will Shane weigh 100 as we don't give a damn whoever's the best player is that's the going on the field well I mean we'll get into it but is he going to start the whole season probably not but well the first things are we even assign them yeah that's the first thing Are We Really Gonna sign him and you know you look at the two people that are out there right now that make sense now that you know Dalton Reisner was signed this week already it's Justin Pugh and it's Laurel Collins that the carton obviously the uh the Bengals released but the Bengals don't exactly have a very good offensive line so when they're releasing somebody that's gotta draw flag that's gotta draw Flags uh so I I think Justin Pew may be the better option because he's the less he's the less known commodity I don't know how healthy he is I don't know how much he has left the tank after coming off an injury whereas Collins I just don't trust anybody that a team with a bad offensive line cuts that just draws a red flag for me at all times yeah so not fun with flex

ah I think a little Big Bang Theory um so we also got some news on the injury fronts here to be talking about that Andrew Thomas azizilari Ben bredesen saquon Barkley all out so basically our worst case scenario has come true uh we still have we don't know going on fully with Micah McFadden and Juan Dale Robinson those two are still haven't been rolled out or in so we'll see with those two and keep you guys up to date as best we can um but for right now you got four starters out that's not good when you're facing a team that's one of the top three in the NFL right now maybe I mean I know which I don't know what you want to take to put them top three top five but they're still a very good team in the NFL top fives yeah I mean they're right they're right in the cups yeah so they say they're they're one of the lead teams I think it's a fair a fair assessment to make so yeah alrighty let's get into our picks because we this is what it is it's the pick show the pig show the pig show pick a pickle up in there whoa It's not a nose picking show you said the picture yeah yeah different kind of picks they seem to get a break at a camera next week [Laughter] um so yeah Rob I think everyone's curious I think we all know how did we how no no no no no I don't think everybody knows um how did we do last week and how are we doing now with these two weeks combined

that's a good question Drew I didn't read into it oh there you go Drew had 11 straight result picks you had eight against the spread and then you had the eight over unders over there look at you go and is that nine total for the for the over unders oh sorry I misread that yeah over under so how many triple threats you get there just the one just the one just the one all right ten so Drew beat me by one in that one oh yes and I had seven against the spread oh yes and I did not pick the over unders oh I got seven there didn't I got seven of the over unders no trifectas so at least I know the scores of the game just the wrong teams well now and it was a rough week for us both I mean if you think about there's 16 games each week so we we both did pretty good above 500 I'm guessing the winners but we're right at 500 basically for the picks overall so we definitely did much better the first week which is weird because that's like yeah you never know what's gonna happen kind of week um so where are we at now where where is so four straight up picks yeah you guys are even 11 to 15 losses there we go um Oh no you're not even that is that true dad but Jew totally you got 22 for the spread combined for the two weeks that's for the straight up wins yeah no spread with no spread I'm sorry yeah no spread straight up for the weeks 22 wins 18 against the spread the abstinence picks no spread yeah 22 no spread straight straight up means no spread straight up man tell me wait yeah straight up when I say straight up that means no spread it gets his bread means spread picks which is 18 wins your over under is at 22 and your trifectis are at nine so kudos to you let's have a 32 game so far I'll take that yeah where I'm sadly behind you with 19. straight up 16 again thank you for that purposely you're welcome it's okay because I can do worse this week because sometimes he has to take two steps forward and two steps back

so I'm pretty good fixing that but I'm only six for the trifecta so whop [ __ ] who knows it's a new week it's a new week so you never know what's going to happen so it's a new week we'll get the foots under us there's some upsets last week we picked some games that we lost where we said we wouldn't bet so that's why you don't bet this that's why what's that's why you tell people Point Blank like I would not bet this whatsoever we're gonna give you a pick in every game regardless because I don't like the cop out other shows cop out I don't like to cop out we're here to give you the picks if we're copping out and giving you picks then what's the point of being here Point Blank the truth yeah that's why you do a big show can you imagine going to a pizzeria and they said sorry we're not sure about this pizza we're not going to give you this we're gonna give you five slices out of the eight like it's like what the hell I came here for a pizza give me a damn pizza yeah you ever listen to those pictures where they only pick like eight games can you tell that I'm craving pizza for some reason it's because that's because you're down in Florida you don't got the good pizza like oh we don't have good pizza I'm telling you people go crazy for Costco pizza yeah that's gross well an alternative it's not gross it's actually a really good deal because the freaking massive pizza and it's like 10 bucks yeah it's a Costco pizza I'm just saying it's worth it because of that Hey listen when I could go to a Little Italy little Giuseppe's or you know Joey's Pizzeria like I'll take that Joey's Pizza that sounds like a pizzeria where you going I'm going to Joey's over here yo yeah all right let's get into the games enough of the pizza talk here first game of the week Thursday night night and we'll be on late tomorrow night for this game oh we will we will be on the post game we'll be live of course guys so make sure you have your coffee ready to go we're gonna be on late and if you guys listen to us yesterday you probably have an idea where we both stand in this game yeah so well yeah an idea you have an idea yes so Giants are going into 49ers they're going to San Francisco they stayed out on the west coast they opted to stay out there because they had the four day turnaround time to play this game the Giants are giving up 10 points so San Fran is the 10 point favorites in this game over 145. Drew who'd you take I think I never talked about in the previous episode we did our preview for the game coming up on Thursday that's available of course on all the platforms Shameless plug um the 49ers I think will win their better team and it's not it's not an insult to say that we talked about this before they are one of the elite teams of the NFL so you can still be an above average team which I still think the Giants are and be a realistic and say this is a better team um what I do think though is part of me goes this 10 point spread it's kind of a slap in the face but part of me also goes we lost the 40 points to the Cowboys is it really a slap in the face yeah we have half of our offensive line out is it really a slap in the face but well I'm pretty sure that spray was in there before that happened but I'm gonna say this it's a goddamn slap in the face we're going for it Giants are covering the spread they're beating the spread there um and I have the over on the points I do think it's gonna go over 45 uh but who knows why I think that is just a gut feeling I have no honest like there's nothing to back it up except it's a gut feeling but hell my gut feelings have been right so far so I'll go with it yeah I mean I'm assuming you said you're taking the Niners to win this game Niners to win Giants to cover over on the on the points I understand agree with you it is a game there is a lot to prove I

San Francisco has a lot of weapons at offense they could put up points

I don't know if I would consider the lead offense and I think the Giants could keep it within that 10 points and all you have to say it's going to be a 27 to 20 game that's an over and that's also within that 10 points yeah I mean like I said it's just to me it's that that's it's too many points dude that's too many goddamn points it's just crazy listen we had a bad first six quarters of the Season we're not going back to that I'm just hoping that they give they cut the the cord on on kafka's headset again and give him the new wireless one [Laughter] here you go it'll work great

um before we get into the Sunday games here we got a couple comments let's go over here uh Deb says another injured Warrior about po yeah he's often injured that's definitely a guy that we can't count on say oh my God this guy fixes the offensive wine issues but he's better than what we have when we're starting Marcus mckeith at offensive line I'm sorry no offense gotta bring some talent in but we need some Talent here yeah uh I'm trusted you guys for even 11 wins five losses we were close I had the 11 he had ten um so not to rub it in Rob

it's gonna be uh weird not to film on Sunday but here we go it's gonna be weird like think about this after Thursday we're gonna have Friday Saturday Sunday off three days before a week before we go ahead and shoot again on Monday it's gonna be weird man I I think we're gonna start twitching and just randomly talking about games we're just talking this game between the between the the one o'clock and the four o'clock games it's like okay guys we're live streaming here we're live streaming the Bears and the Chiefs because we're just bored

that's definitely not the game You Wanna Live stream it might be more bored okay let's go into this game you got Sunday Sunday you got the Colts going into Baltimore to play the Ravens the Colts are eight point underdogs and over Honor on this is 44 and a half I'm gonna take the Ravens from this game they're a better team that offense is putting together that defense is better but the Colts defense is still playing pretty well JT also might be clear to play this game so I took the Colts to beat the spread keep a little close and I went with the under because I think it's gonna be more defensive matchup I gotta wonder do you think the Browns call the Colts about JT they may have that I would have made that call in a harpy I mean don't get me wrong they freaking lucked out that Kareem hunt was just sitting there ready to go for them but I would have called I don't know I don't know if they're going to start him because I mean he hasn't played in a while either he's fine it's a running back it's like riding a bike you just go run straight between these fat buddies you're fine it's a lot a lot of that's Instinct they'll be fine that's why you see you guys don't want to go practice and do the uh preseason games um but I think the Ravens are definitely the better team here but we got to give some props to the Colts because I do think that that's a team that showed up a lot this year even if it's not necessarily showing up on the record yet they played pretty well overall they beat the Texans obviously which you know a youth football league could probably beat the Texans uh week one they did a much better matchup than we ever thought they would have uh the big thing is going to be what's going to happen with Anthony Richardson is he going to be out of protocol is he going to play but if not they got they got the mustache himself Gardner minshu who obviously has got a good amount of experience this week and people trust so I do think the Colts will cover the spread and I think they'll be it'll be a very close game because the Ravens don't tend to be an offensive Juggernaut and the Colts are playing people pretty decent I do have the under on the points overall though but that's actually the one where I have the least confident on because if all of a sudden you say flowers ghost nuts or Anthony Richardson and goes nuts any of these thesis rookies yeah Mark Andrews I mean obj I think is going to be probably hurt still for the game because that's just okay um but yeah it's it's that's that's probably the least thing that I'm confident in um I guess something about those Cults I just feel like they might be one of the senior teams this year yeah by the end of the year they're gonna be like a team that you're gonna go wow this team's playing a lot better at the end of the year than you were at the beginning we only had eight wins what yeah yeah it's gonna be that kind of team I think yeah I agree next up we got Tennessee going into Cleveland the Titans under four and a half Point underdogs and this they're expecting to be a defensive game at 41 and a half for the over under

yeah so who do you got sorry I got the Titans to win um but I I do think that this is a game I don't feel confident on actually gambling uh if I had to go ahead and pick I'm going to pick them because again we do have to pick um but I wouldn't put any money on this because I don't know what the Browns are gonna be um without having Nick Chubb King Kareem hunt just step in there and go ahead and just be what Nick Chubb was at least at 85 of that um you know Ken Deshawn Watson finally start being the old DeSean Watson because he had a meltdown on Monday night let's be honest he had a melt down and he has not been the same player since he came back um but then he got the Titans who we talked about all off season they've lost a lot of the key players in that team overall um you know d-hop they added obviously but he hasn't really been the Juggernaut that some people thought he may still be um I just I'm gonna bet the Titans I'm gonna bet them to cover the Sprints it's only four and a half points I'm gonna go ahead and go in the over because you're talking to 41 and a half points you're talking three touchdowns a piece and you're you're there that's not that difficult to get but I just I don't feel confident in this game personally I wouldn't put money on them no and I think it's going to be a low scoring game I took the yard in this game I think the Giants do beat that spread but I don't have confidence that the Titans will win the game um I I also don't like this I don't like this game whatsoever I don't think either the offense or is going to put together but the defenses will show up in this game and that's why I bet at the under so moving right along talk about some defenses I've been playing a little bit better is the Falcons going in to play the Lions oh we're going to Peck yeah yeah Roar the Falcons are the four point underdogs here and the over under in this game is 46 and a half points and who would have thought the Falcons would come into this game undefeated not many people not even the Falcons no but I think they're two and one after this week I think the Lions win I do think the Falcons will cover that spread I think it will be a close game because the Falcons defense has been playing better keeping them in this game and I also took the end in this game even though I think the lines offense has been pretty impressive I think they'll be in a little bit of a check in this see I'm going very similar to you except I'm doing the over I do think the Lions will win I think they'll cover the spread I do think the over though I think is going to be a good amount of points being scored you know a lot of people are up on the Falcons because of the defense but I think what a lot of people are really looking for is to give a reason why they're winning because this is one of those teams you're going how the hell is this goddamn team winning yeah I mean the defense is very experienced it's one of those I think I saw the staff it was like the fourth oldest defense in the NFL starting lineup wise so they're looking at oh it's an experienced veteran defense is doing what it has to do like no it's the same defense just gave up three three touchdowns to Jordan love last week it's not that great a defense either it's just somehow they're doing just enough to win the game so far so far yeah I do think the lions like I said are a better team I think they're going to prove that I will talk about Jordan live in a little bit actually obviously next game next game right but it's not very suspenseful when it's the next game the lights the Lion Stevens hasn't really been there they've been in good offense the Falcons offense has been a little sneakier than a lot of people have expected they drafted a new running back who guess what he's been playing well but same with his their second string back up over there putting up some points in the first game I'm still saying utterly ridiculous and the dumbest goddamn freaking move they did it annoys me again it's a team that all they had was a couple of good running backs they had Tyler algiel they had Cordell Patterson so they have two guys who are running backs that are really good like what do we do let's let's draft another freaking running back sorry it just pisses me off that's stupid I mean absolutely goddamn stupid bloody no bears played well but yeah anyway next game talk about some love you got the Saints Green Bay dude left got this Jack there you go oh yeah it's funny I hate wrestling now but I still love the guys who are challenges yeah yeah like like yeah give me a little Cactus Jack do the love Mankind and uh yeah exactly brace back memories remember Dude Love was the tag team champion with Stone Cold Steve Austin it was fantastic

all righty but yeah you got the Packers uh you got the Saints two point underdogs and the overrun in this game is 43. Mr Drew I feel like the Packers have been that under appreciated team so far this year and people for whatever reason are overlooking them you know they went into the Bears game week one being the underdog when the Bears haven't won since October of last year that's how bad the Bears have been we're gonna get into the Bears because today was a really bad day for the Bears and so was yesterday as well uh the Bears nightmare season continues but you know you got Jordan love who is just I think he I think he's had three touchdowns each of the first two games here I'd say success sounds barely lost to the Falcons uh in a very close game that one that you can't knock them for because they were right there they had they had a pretty good showing there I thought I think that the Saints are not as good a team as the Packers and I can't believe it's just two points difference so I got Packers all day long covering the spread easily and I got over on the points because talking 43 if you get three touchdowns again that's 21 points right there you'd have seen another 22 points throughout the game by somebody else other than Jordan love and you're good to go yeah I you know I agree 100 Jordan love right now everyone questioned what this guy was going to be coming into this year is he better than Aaron Rodgers is he going to be his good replacement well guess what he's played better than Aaron Rodgers so far this year and so far of where Aaron Rodgers was last year at this point you know so I think there's something to be said and I've said this before and I'll say it again I think there's something to be said for the fact that they sat him for a couple years they sat near Rogers for a couple years hell they sat Brett Favre they didn't just start Brett Favre immediately maybe there's something to this idea of drafting a quarterback and as much as it pains you to do so let him sit for a year or two before you start them the problem is how many teams have a Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers for him to sit behind That's That was supposed to be Jimmy Garoppolo behind uh Brady yeah until he was like 73 years old I mean that's the problem I mean well I'm pretty sure if Belzer had his way he would have not been packing as long as she would uh uh as long as he was I thought that I honestly was thinking at one point that Jimmy G was going to retire before Brady there's a strong possibility with all the injuries he's had I'm like God damn it if Tom Brady freaking out survives Jimmy cheese his replacement I suppose younger replacement um yeah but yeah I agree 100 of that game I took the over I took the Packers to win this game I think they're gonna have probably close to 30 points just on their own offense and then I'm sure that the Saints will get enough field goals to help out but through defense does play above average yeah it's not a bad defense yeah next up the Thursday night game that's playing on Saturday uh Sunday you got the Texans going into Thursday night game playing on Sunday what have you not watched Thursday Night Football last year they were all God awful you guys oh okay Jacksonville yes to play the Jaguars on Amazon Prime moves on a wish yeah the text is a nine point underdogs and over under on this is 45 and a half I'm gonna take the Jaguars to win this game it's safe to say the Texans have not been as good as the team that anyone has thought in the past couple years every Improvement they make has been god-awful I should say that but I do think detection will play this a little bit closer because they do have that little they always play each other a little better than most people is uh tend to think and I do I am thinking it's going to go over in this one I think no defense is going to show up you know I I feel bad for Texans fans overall I feel like the Texans went for a Big Splash in this draft with not just getting CJ Stroud uh you know but it's also getting Will Anderson Jr and they gave up some of the future to have these two guys you know they go out and get a defensive coach from from like we talked about earlier one of the morally teams of the NFL currently right now and in the end based on the first two games they're just still the Texans not very good um and you kind of go with a little hype when you have what some people thought was the best quarterback in the draft and I still stand by what we said we said that going into this draft that he was the better between him and young and so far he has looked better we'll find out long term what happens but so far he has looked better but there's just so much missing on that team the Colts just totally like beat the crap out of them basically um the Jaguars should as scary as it sounds because for years you'd say the same about the Jaguars being bad and missing so much but they finally got the right quarterback they finally got the right weapons around them they finally got the right coach in Doug Peterson and I think that the Jaguars are going to pretty much wholeheartedly beat the crap out of the Texans so I have them winning I have them covering the spread even though it's a large spread I have the under on the points though because I just don't think it's going to be that kind of I think it's gonna be very low scoring like at 21 to 10 kind of game um especially after what you saw last week against the Chiefs you know they scored nine points the the Jaguars so you can't sit there and say they were an offensive Juggernaut last week but I just I just think they're going to beat the Texans by that much I think it's gonna be that bad of a game 27-20 boom 28 this 21. beat the spread all right come up next everyone's favorite Broncos going into Miami the play the Dolphins ah and the Broncos are seven point underdogs in this it's like cool under yeah yeah and over under is 47 and a half

I just that's high I've gone over this before I have I have trouble claiming the Dolphins as the Victor in the game because of the Ridiculousness of having the dolphin as a football mascot but you have to say the Dolphins are going to win this game the Broncos haven't looked great I mean they looked better with Sean Payton they did the last year don't get me wrong but I wouldn't say this is the fixed team or a team that looks a whole lot better Russell Wilson has shown a little bit of life but he hasn't been the Russell Wilson of old maybe maybe old Sneaky Pete knew something when he got rid of him in Seattle maybe Sneaky Pete knew something so is available that's what he knew but now if you look at the Dolphins they played two games uh against the Chargers and against the the Patriots there on Sunday night last week both very close both down to the wire so because of that I'm going to say the Dolphins will win Broncos will cover the spread I do have the under on the points though which is sound weird when you got you know uh the dolphins with a high-powered offense at that point but they had they didn't do a lot last year last week either they went a defensive matchup basically week two and an offensive matchup week one you don't know which dolphin teamer to get yet um so I'm gonna go the under on the points because we know what Broncos team is yes they did like 30 points last week but that's we've got a year and a half of tape on them not doing that kind of stuff so I'm gonna say the under on the points yeah I mean I do agree the Dolphins will win this game um but also remember who they play last week a divisional rival that they always play tough Granite I love it on the Patriots I don't know the Dolphins they played the visual game against and I love the fact that two ladder through I thought yeah we beat them last five times but still the visual game double check notice what this do to stop that offense that's why it wasn't a high power game with the play week one the Chargers who does have a good defense and there's it's just they just throw the ball and score high points and that's what they go for unless it's an official game they take the Dolphins to beat the spread I don't like that at seven but it also went over on the points because I do think the Dolphins would look more like week one Granite the Broncos defense is way better than the Chargers defense so another disagreement there alrighty good we need disagreements or else I can't keep beating you yeah oh cool speaking about them chargers they're going to go Minnesota Vikings

I want to take in I took the charges to win this game the Chargers will cover this and elsewhere in the over I know they're going to Minnesota to play them but I just think the charger has a better offense than Minnesota I think they have a better quarterback see and I think the Chargers are a better team I don't think they have a better Coach and I think that's the issue with this team I think your Brandon Staley may be lucky to get out this season with a job before The Season's even up the way things are going because they lost the first two games now I'm calling if they lose this one which starts with oh and three people are going to be calling for his head I'm telling you right now the Chargers had expectations you know they went and they got um you know they got actual talent on that team this is not a team that's like oh we'll see what happens no this is a team with expectations and they haven't been beating it the last couple years so to start owing three long year it's not a good look not a good look there uh so I got the Vikings to win because keep in mind the Vikings would have beat the goddamn Eagles if they just held onto that ball and stop freaking fumbling it every two seconds well that's a problem yeah I mean you can't do four fumbles in a game and win that's not going to work out very well in your favor um especially when your defense is going to turn that ball over for you yeah plus they also went ahead and traded for cam Acres formerly of the Rams this week as well um you know for those men have been unaware they're in the game they decided to just not start game makers and not even suit them up yeah listen there's obviously something going on between acres and the Rams because we had a little bit of issue last year with them as well um so we'll see what happens long term and see if he's a malcontent for the Vikings now as well but they gave up nothing for him so it it's another good back for a team that's been missing a little bit in the running game and I think he's going to come in with something to prove so I I think that's gonna be the difference so I think the Vikings win they cover and I do think the over on the points because I do think both teams will put up some points at least we were in that

next talk about them Pats another visual game you got the Patriots going into our Stadium to play the Jets oh Pat that Noggin jets are a two-point underdogs in this game and over under is 37 and a half

yeah what are you thinking Drew uh I I'm actually pretty confident of this one I think this is a slap in the face to the to the Patriots two points two goddamn points with Zach Wilson you kidding me Brisa might be healthy he was healthy last week they didn't want he was complaining he wasn't getting the ball

it's true I think the Patriots win I think they will win wholeheartedly I have the uh over on the points only because of how good the total is 37 points think about that they could score like 20 points the Patriots as long as they get like seven you know 17 points or so from there 18 points for the Jets like it's it's it's 37 is so goddamn low it's the lowest over under of the week by far guys like anything under 40. I I pretty much will always go for it because chances are most games were over 40 points yeah um so 37 and a half I understand it's Zach Wilson I understand it but you have to remember while he may not help the jet score much his interceptions help the Patriots score much I'm just saying call it like it is listen you also can't take out recall even though he didn't get the ball that much he'll be in this game a lot more and you also can't take out Wilson like yeah we'll say Garrett Wilson's going to get one or two big plays he always does listen he's great at those Yak yards Wilson's going to throw him a three-yard bombs run through a 25 yard play don't talk back free song

but coming up next the last of the one o'clock games you got your bills going to play the Commanders DC is a six and a half Point Underdog in this game and it's a 45 and a half

I am going to go with the bills in this game I did go with the commanders to cover that spread because I don't think the bill is offenses in the plane as well as they should this year but I also took the over you know we're dead on on this one we're good on this name of this one this I'll tell you this folks this is the the game to watch yeah um he could be the game to watch and this guy wasn't here to see what's going on because first off as a giant fan commanders are 2-0 this is the first true test they've really had let's be honest they beat the Broncos and the Cardinals not exactly great and then we've already beaten the Cardinals I know that so I know but that's not exactly you know top quality teams you're facing and beating I want to see what this new offense that Eric B enemy is running down there uh you know does against a good defense which the bills do have you know I want to see some of these guys that they have now on the defense that aren't as tested you know like that are you know 120 pounds soaking wet corner and I want to see how he does against a good offense you know so this is going to be a good game to watch I really do think it's going to give you a better lithmus test about how good the commanders are because I think people are treating them now like they're 2-0 like a legit 2-0 they're a 2-0 with beating crap let's call it what it is yeah we're gonna find out how legit they actually are on Sunday and I think the commanders fans will be a little disappointed when they find out the answer but I think they'll be just close enough to cover that spread listen so the teams that the commanders beat will say they're they're below the 25 ranked you'll say that the bottom of the seventh and the bills are still pushing the top seven of one of the better teams in this NFL yeah yeah sure yeah already mixed up you want to get to some comments or

anyway Drew what are you having this game you can tell it's getting into the show we're getting into like way out of the field here and it's a football podcast not a baseball one um so yeah I got the Seattle Seahawks winning I got them beating the spread uh I got the over on the points I think this is going to be pretty much a a beat down entirely because what they're saying Bryce young has an ankle injury and he may not play yeah he's questionable at this point if he's gonna play or not but no no no no coach in his right mind is going to say if he's in or out until at the last minute no no same mistake one supposedly it wasn't in or out yeah but I do want people to remember who the backup is though Kara top himself Andy Dalton he's not just the comic doing props so he's gonna do football props at Sunday at four scary thing is they got some they got some weapons on the team we've talked about that before and you almost got to wonder if they put in a veteran quarterback like Dalton do they perhaps even play better

Sanders had to sh had to you know kind of sway him over to be under the center because he lined up under the guard Bryce young it was hilarious I was like wait did he just do that and he's like this like shoving him a little bit like trying to nudge him over like he could tell he's all confused at first then he realized he was in the wrong I mean it was like he was literally like on the over the uh the Right Guard and he was like at his he was at his right leg even he wasn't even like directly underneath them like what's he doing he's between the two wrong legs oh my God uh he's between two legs of two different players even yeah

it's worth it but yeah like I said this this should be a beat down game should be yeah it's very hard to go into Seattle and beat up that team and I I agree with you I'm gonna say four o'clock by the way across the board four o'clock games will suck yeah yeah

four o'clock is when you're gonna have to go out the the Mrs or the Mr and or whoever and pick some pumpkins or something if your spouse or significant other does not like football and wants you to do things with them on Sundays four o'clock is a good time to do something this is when you paint the room in the house oh God anyway next great four o'clock game you got Dallas going into Arizona there to play the Cardinals they're just in it for the iced tea don't you I know oh yeah I know what we're doing in Minnesota accent there don't you know the overall in this game is I'm sorry the the spread on this game is 12 and a half underdogs for the cards oh my God woof the overrunner's 43 and a half

it was a little hard for me to choose this game by that I mean I know that the boys are going to win but I actually I think the Cardinals actually might keep it within 11 points so I took them to cover that spread in the over um so like I I almost wrote the Cowboys in there but I'll take it away the the cards have been playing a little better and often Scranton didn't pay so good on the last two quarters yeah I I am 100 on board with you on this game here except for the over under portion I have the Cowboys winning but I don't think they're going to cover that spread mostly because the Cowboys have shown uh against the Jets they have no problem putting their foot off the gas and letting up I mean let's be honest they let up against the Giants the Giants couldn't get out of their own goddamn way in the first week they're not the team that's going to run up a huge score so therefore I just don't see them being that kind of spread they'll win they'll win easily by probably 10 10 points or so but they're not that team that goes oh we want to beat you 40 nothing that wasn't the Giants as much as it was on the Cowboys yeah well the Cardinals have pretty they've done a pretty good job put up 20 points just about every game what's a game so I just went off that and then you know you get 18 points and you get 38 or whatever we're good to go yeah you're expecting them to do what they typically do yeah

Fair assessment yeah listen if they put up 20 points in this game and Dallas puts up 30. there's 50 points yeah exactly so I said I get it I just to me I think the Cardinals gonna have trouble scoring it all on the Cowboys defense and I think that the Cowboys have not been or juggling on offense themselves this year but not they've had to either they haven't gone to a shootout yet so I just don't think I I honestly I think this is going to be like a a 30 to 10 kind of game could be let's hope to talk about the next flow out here

how you feeling about this game well let's go over the news first well we do know at least so today the defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears had his house raided by the FBI you can't make this [ __ ] up like this yeah like this I thought it was a fake thing when I first saw this no this is legit happened um he resigned this morning to the Bears wasn't even on any kind of bears letterhead or anything like that it was just a simple printing out piece of paper um the Bears have publicly not commented on it and they haven't thanked him for his time which is you know the typical thing you just do even if you hate the person uh good luck yeah so I don't want to get into rumors because there's a lot of rumors and listen the rumors may very will be right but I haven't heard anything from the Bears or the FBI or anything claiming exactly what they found but they found something they weren't supposed to in his home we know that for sure oh I know it wasn't Mario Lago so yeah right along there were classified documents that's for sure in a shower or anything like that but um but yeah it's it's me to say that uh if he was picking a place to have a sandwich is probably going to be Subway that's the rumors but we don't know so I'm not going to sit there and say that's what's going on I don't we never want to be those people to sit there and say hey we think this is it for sure but you said everything we're hearing if we don't know for sure that's that's a big accusation to throw at somebody so I'm not going to be I'm not gonna be the person to say it at this is what's going on without knowing for sure um hopefully we're wrong on that because that's just disgusting and gross we hate that kind of stuff but you know it is is what it is as far as the football World they can have a new defensive coordinator um and they have to also deal with the fact that Justin Fields is also having issues with the coaching staff apparently you know he was asked about you know why he thinks he's been so robotic sort of speaking this offense and his response was the coaching that's not a good look no that's like your employee throwing you under the bus publicly not a good move uh yeah even if you think you just gotta be like listen to players and I just got to work together and figure it out but he's not wrong and I'm not sitting there saying Justin Felix is a great quarterback let me be very clear on that I think Justin Fields is a below average Quarterback I've been saying that from the get-go he's fun to watch because he can every so often throw a deep ball he can every so often you know do a bunch of good runs and people like that because of that he's just not that good of a pure passer but you're talking about a guy that had 1143 Russian yards last year goddamn impressive top 10 in the league as a quarterback he's got 62 rushing yards in two games you're not taking advantage of what he does well no and by going ahead and putting him in positions where he runs the ball more often you go ahead not just play to his strengths but you make the defenses respect that more and more which opens up things for him in the passing game as a result and kind of hides at least some of his deficiencies so yeah and I I just I don't know I don't I I don't get it personally why they're not doing it yet but yeah it's boggling absolutely boggling you know like we use the pizza reference again it's like having the greatest piece in the world and making it with like craft yeah like you have one of the top you have probably the top running quarterback of the entire league and you're trying to make my pocket faster that's stupid absolutely stupid yeah so all right off my soapbox so I think that she's will win this game wholeheartedly I do think that the Chiefs have not been the offensive Juggernaut either the first couple weeks there the Bears I'll do just enough to keep it somewhat close there so I do think the Bears will beat the spread overall um I have under on the points as well because again the Chiefs haven't been the Juggernaut yet this year I I think they're going through some growing pains and learning what to do with some new weapons they got as well as also some offensive changes since Eric B enemy is gone yeah I mean the Chiefs are going to win this game I if the Bears win this game I think everyone be rolling over in the graves I have no idea what's going on here I do agree with you with the Ender but I I think with the your defensive coordinator going out grant that defense might play better for this new coordinator I doubt that's going to be the case I took the Chiefs to blow him out and I took the under I just I don't I don't see that the magic I don't with everything going on with Fields with the coaching staff with everything going on with that defense just a whole team in general it just might be one of those sad games and you know what I hope it is this way we don't have the biggest plot this year

yeah it's it's it's crazy hey one thing I should just say because I was looking to see if any update real quick on the defensive coordinator situation there's apparently their Bears have said his house was not raided and when he quit he did say that it was taking time away to tend to his health so maybe that's not true about him being rated after all because I saw it being reported as if it was true yes that's same I saw it on NFL Twitter but this is yeah this is coming from NBC Sports Chicago saying specifically rumors of criminal activity were reported about Williams one rumor even mentioned Alice Hall was rated which the bear oh Hallis Hall which is the Bears facility was rated which the bear said was untrue so maybe he was but okay that's what it was okay I said I'm just trying to see what's going on because I'm actually kind of curious what actually started this me Googling him just now is I'm trying to see who's taking over as a new DC I'm curious if it's a name we've heard of or if it's a no-name guy somebody with some kind of history in the league there but I don't see anything on there so we'll have to see who that's going to be um yeah alrighty yeah find out on Friday yeah off of that game because we have more crappy games to talk about like Sunday night football Sunday night night night you got the Steelers the Fantastic well-rounded Steelers Fantastical plane and leather yeah playing the awesome Raiders the Raiders Sunday Night Football the Raiders are one point underdogs in this game and that over under is 44.

actually I'm up and it says about to ask you your opinion you gotta say you're up I'm waiting for you come on I'm gonna go your turn get on to it ready come on seriously give your picker ready yes what are you waiting for come on now this game Steelers gonna beat that one point cover in the under the bold bold prediction there Ferry built very defensive very lackluster game oh so you think it's a big lackluster game it's probably gonna be more defensive game than anything

back home I'm calling offensive game oh yes oh yes offensive I got the Steelers winning covering the spread I got the over because the Raiders can't run the ball they have no choice but to pass it's the only option they have right now and the Steelers are gonna have to obviously score more than the Raiders to win because we're picking we're both picking them to win therefore I'm going the over uh just to switch it up last minute huh no it's on my thing it's been on my sheet the whole time

let's go with the Monday night Monday Night Football Monday night two games Monday night we got the Eagles going into your neck of the woods into Tampa Bay oh the bucks or six and a half Point underdogs in this and over under is 44 and a half senior Drew see

um yeah I think I really want to root for the bucks to win and I will obviously but I also want to be realistic and say the Eagles will win this game um I got the Bucks covering the spread and I'm curious because this is another surprise 2-0 team with the Bucks you know people thought they were gonna win like three or four games all year long well they're 2-0 folks they're 2-0 they can still do that yeah you know this is this is a team that's already you know on Pace to crush what they were expected to do uh Baker Mayfield is a little better than I think people expected which you know Baker does that he gets your hopes up and then it lets you down at the last possible minute that's what he's done forever so I think that the uh the Bucks will play a little close I think they'll cover the spread overall I think over on the points but I'm wondering because I'm we've talked about this before I'm not sold still on the Eagles the way they're playing right now because the the quarterbacks against the Eagles are just lighting it up for a team that's supposed to be defensively strong they're averaging almost you know like 300 change points a game 300 plus yards per game not points crazy at this points they're over 300 yards per game for both quarterbacks and one of them was Mac Jones it's not like they were playing you know Patrick Mahomes and Joe burrow here you know Mac Jones is not a guy who typically throws for over 300 yards Kirk Cousins can do it that's not unheard of but he scored almost 400 yards yeah [Music] yeah I agree that um the Eagles defense has been there I said that last week I said it the first week that to watch out for this defense how they've been playing

but yeah that defense has just not shined the way it was last year
